Bi-Fuel Vehicle Conversion

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50, effective May 16, 2011. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation number for this procurement is AG-55N9-S-11-0011. Submit written quotes only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms/individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Offeror Representations and Certifications (ORCA) databases. Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling CCR Customer Assistance at (866) 606-8220. DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Bi-fuel conversion, as well as the pick up and delivery, of 6 fleet vehicles shown on the attached Schedule of Items. DELIVERY: 30 days from the date vehicles are picked up by contractor. EVALUATION FACTORS: The Government will award the contract to the responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to the specs shown, will be most advantageous to the Government.
