The team will provide historic preservation programming and condition assessment services to the DAS/CS in support of the Heublein Tower Preservation & Restoration Program located at Talcott Mountain State Park, Tower Road in Simsbury, CT. The pre-design services shall inform and develop scope for the full preservation, repair, restoration and life-cycle extension design and construction project that is planned to follow the study.
