The Town of Jackson is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement of one new and unused electric-powered pick-up truck. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Town Clerk's office by 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 29, 2026, and will be opened shortly thereafter at the Town Council Chambers. The procurement includes the delivery of the vehicle to 55 Kams Meadow Drive in Jackson, Wyoming, and allows for the potential trade-in of a 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon. Bidders are required to provide a factory invoice upon delivery and must adhere to minimum warranty standards of three years or 36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper and eight years or 100,000 miles for EV components. To be considered responsive, bidders must submit a completed specification form, a detailed warranty letter on company letterhead, and a separate page for any bid exceptions. If a bid exceeds 100,000 dollars, a bid bond or certified cashier's check for five percent of the total bid is required. The Town applies a five percent preference for certified Wyoming residents, provided their bid does not exceed the lowest nonresident bid by more than five percent and they do not subcontract more than thirty percent of the work to nonresidents. Award decisions will be based on responsiveness, compliance with minimum specifications, and price.
