The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Cannabis Microbusiness License submitted on 3/17/2022 by Bigfoot Cannabis Company, LLC.
The proposed project will operate a microbusiness license out of an existing facility located at 39008 HIGHWAY 299, WILLOW CREEK, CA 95573 (APN 522-221-019-000). The applicant will store cannabis products for manufacturing, distribution, and retail in 1,530 square foot facility. Manufacturing activities will include water extractions, infusions, and packaging and labeling. Water will be sourced by Willow Creek Community Services District and power is provided by PG&E. No modifications were needed.
