BIHO - MOLD REMEDIATION HOUSING #202B

The National Park Service at Big Hole National Battlefield in Wisdom, Montana, is seeking a qualified small business to perform mold remediation in Housing Unit #202B, requiring safe removal and restoration of affected areas to a clean, dry, and serviceable condition while identifying and reporting moisture sources contributing to mold growth. This is a firm-fixed price contract under a total small business set-aside, with solicitations due by June 12, 2026, and performance required within 60 days of award. The work must adhere to federal standards including the EPA’s Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings guide, the IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation, and OSHA regulations, as well as applicable state and local laws. Offerors must submit a comprehensive quote including a Statement of Work, photos of affected areas, a Service Contract Act Wage Determination, a detailed price schedule, and documentation of technical capability and past performance. All submissions must be sent electronically via email to the designated point of contact and require active SAM.gov registration, a valid Unique Entity ID, and CAGE code. The contract includes standard FAR clauses covering whistleblower rights, contractor ethics, trafficking in persons, labor standards, payment terms, and prohibitions on certain technologies and equipment. Payment will be processed electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and acceptance of work will occur on-site by the Government. Offerors must demonstrate relevant experience in mold remediation, successful past performance, and competitive pricing, with award based on best value considering technical capability, past performance, and price. No numerical weights are assigned to evaluation factors, and the government reserves the right to trade off non-price factors against cost. All contractors must comply with Executive Order wage requirements, including minimum wage and paid sick leave standards, and are subject to reporting obligations under the Service Contract Act and Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act.
