AI Contract Overview
This Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is for the procurement of a Bio-Rad QX600 Droplet Digital PCR System and a Bio-Rad PTC Harmony Deepwell Thermal Cycler for the National Institutes of Health. The required platform must support absolute nucleic acid quantification using partitioned droplet technology, capable of processing 96-well plates and supporting up to six-color multiplex detection. The system is intended for applications such as gene expression, viral titer analysis, mutation detection, and copy number variation. The equipment must include all necessary computer hardware and system software, featuring capabilities for Poisson analysis, automated thresholding, and multiplex analysis. While the contractor is responsible for delivering the specified hardware and software to the facility in Maryland, user training is explicitly excluded from the requirements of this award.
