Biosafety Cabinets and Servicing

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime has awarded a contract to Total Clean Air Limited for the procurement and maintenance of biosafety equipment. The agreement includes the delivery, installation, deep cleaning, commissioning, and training for six Class II Biosafety Cabinets manufactured to the Authority's specifications, as well as ongoing servicing. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for the decommissioning, decontamination, removal, and disposal of four existing Class II Biosafety Cabinets and one AURA 250 HEPA cabinet. The contract is valued at 150,000 pounds excluding VAT and runs from October 15, 2026, to October 14, 2029, with the possibility of extensions through 2031.
