The work associated with the construction of the Blair Stone Road and New Village Intersection Improvements project includes the carrying out of all duties and obligations and the furnishing of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the project. This project generally consists of the installation of Traffic Signals at the existing intersection of Blair Stone Road and New Village Avenue. The project also includes crosswalk, sidewalk, and pedestrian signalization improvements. The project also includes other items incidental to the infrastructure replacement, such as: sediment & erosion control, disposal of materials removed, maintenance of traffic, and restoration of disturbed areas as identified in the Contract Documents.
