San Diego State University is seeking to establish a shortlist of up to three qualified general contractors holding an active California Contractors State License Board Class B license to perform various minor capital projects at Snapdragon Stadium for the 2026–2030 period. The scope of work includes as-needed services across multiple trades, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, signage installation, concrete, carpentry, and landscaping. Each awarded agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with two optional one-year extensions, and a maximum value of 1,157,000 dollars. Selected contractors must be capable of mobilizing within one to three calendar days and are required to provide payment and performance bonds. The selection process is based on a weighted evaluation of contractor qualifications, technical approach, price, and proposed staffing.
