Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) - General and Precision Machining/Fabrication

NASA Langley Research Center plans to establish a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for general and precision machining and fabrication services to support critical research and development needs. This BPA will enable rapid acquisition of commercial-level machining services through call orders with short response times, ensuring timely delivery for time-sensitive projects. The acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12 for commercial items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, allowing streamlined ordering processes. All payments will be processed using government credit cards. The procurement is a total small business set-aside under SBA guidelines, exclusively available to small businesses classified under NAICS code 332999, ensuring opportunities for small business participation in supporting NASA’s mission-critical fabrication requirements.
