The contract specifies the procurement of 24 cases of Ready-Heat II disposable warming blankets, each case containing eight individual blankets measuring 34 inches by 48 inches, with a blue color and water-resistant finish. Each blanket is designed to activate and reach a minimum temperature of 100°F (37.8°C) within ten minutes and maintain that heat for at least six hours, utilizing a foam core and lightweight construction.
