The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to repair roof gutter, drains and concrete basins to allow proper water drainage away from buildings 1250 and 318 at Little Rock Air Force Base Arkansas, 72099. All work will be conducted in a satisfactory manner to allow proper water drainage from roofs without damaging plants (except as noted in attached pictures) nor causing erosion due to runoff. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall follow all Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements.
