This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an additional 180 modular bleacher seats system at Memorial Field Coast Guard Academy in accordance FAR Subpart 12.6. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG39-14-Q-394PBB535 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Description(s): Provide delivery and installation of an additional 180 Ultimate seat system with 20" wide flip-up style seating. System must arrive at U.S. Coast Guard Academy in brand-new, unused condition. The modular seating system shall be compatible with, or include necessary parts to be made compatible with, Academy's existing modular bleacher Ultimate seating system with choice of custom color and must meet all safety requirements. Quotations must include all components, labor and travel expenses to fulfill the requirements.
