Full Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a sole source contract to Medical Solutions, Inc. for cassette kits for the blood/fluid warmers. The kits are compatible only with the medical equipment already in place. There are no other sources that manufactures the cassettes with the medical equipment. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement would be based upon any responses received to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
