Board Agenda Management Software

The District is seeking a new Board Agenda Management Software solution to replace its current system, which has become unreliable and inefficient due to persistent technical issues, poor vendor support, and a lack of meaningful updates. Staff have been forced to rely on manual workarounds to complete essential tasks as the existing software has been bloated with unnecessary features that complicate workflow rather than streamline it. The previous system, which provided superior functionality and user experience, is no longer available after its vendor was acquired by the current provider, leaving the District without a viable alternative. The new software must offer robust features, seamless integration with existing tools, and reliable technical support to restore productivity and meet the needs of Governing Board staff and the broader community. The solicitation, numbered 27-021-TUSD1, is open for responses until July 14, 2026, and is being managed by the Tucson Unified School District’s Governing Board in Arizona.
