Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products (2025-2030)

The state of Colorado, in furtherance of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program, has established Master Agreements with suppliers of Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products for all Participating States. These new Master Agreements may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions. Award Information: There is a total of eleven (11) suppliers with a fully executed and available Master Agreement. The Master Agreements in this portfolio allow state and local governments across the country to source new ballistic-resistant vests, spike- and edged-blade-resistant vests, ballistic-resistant helmets, ballistic-resistant shields, and associated products that meet the following requirements as established by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and ASTM: NIJ Standard 0101.06, Ballistic Resistance of Body Armor NIJ Standard 0101.07, Ballistic Resistance of Body Armor : Products will be included on the product and price list once they are on the Compliant Product List. NIJ Standard 0115.00, Stab Resistance of Personal Body Armor NIJ Standard 0115.01, Stab Resistance of Personal Body Armor: Products will be included on the product and price list once they are on the Compliant Product List.
