This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20090729, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2009-0803. This is a Sole Source Award. The Government Plans to award to Eagle Industries Unlimited, 1000 Biltmore Dr, Fenton, MO 63026, see attached Sole Source Justificaiton and Approval Document. Award shall be based on All or None and Best Value to the Government. Best value can include but is not limited to price, delivery date, and technical capability, if specified.
