1.0 SCOPE & CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus, Division of Police, with a Universal Term Contract (blanket type) to purchase and distribution of Body Armor and Tactical Gear for its sworn personnel. The proposed contract will be in effect through October 31, 2028. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide and deliver tactical gear, body armor, and related items.
