Delivery is due 441 days after order placement, with a required delivery date of July 16, 2027, and all shipments must be delivered FOB origin to DLA Distribution Depot Hill at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contract mandates strict adherence to DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which override all other standards including ASTM D3951 for packaging.
