Offerors must provide their UEI and CAGE code, represent size and socioeconomic status under FAR 52.219-1, and explicitly disclose use of covered defense telecommunications equipment. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DIBBS by July 20, 2026, with technical data uploaded to the designated DLA portal. No pricing details are specified in the solicitation, and the contract type remains undefined, though small business set-asides and subcontracting plans are permitted under alternate clauses.
