Justice Prisoner Air Transportation System (JPATS) has a requirement to renew its subscription for maintenance tracking and revision services for 1 ea Boeing 737-400, 1 each Boeing 737-700, and 2 each Boeing 737-800. The continued service subscription allows JPATS to accurately track and forecast maintenance requirements for the aircraft. The Procurement Division (JPATS) intends to solicit from a single source and issue a purchase order to Camp Systems International Inc., 999 Marconi Ave, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779-7237 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Camp Systems International Inc. is the provider of the subscription for maintenance tracking and program revision services. The Procurement Division will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be from 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 488190. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on 9/11/2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
