Full Description

The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) to The Boeing Company, PO Box 3707, MC 21-22, Seattle, WA 98124-2207, for access to MyBoeingFleet.com along with Boeing 737 Aircraft Maintenance Manuals. This requirement is a twelve (12) month renewal for the period of performance from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later than 12:00 pm (noon) EST, November 30, 2015. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the interested party's capabilities to perform the requirement for MyBoeingFleet.com access and Boeing 737 Aircraft Maintenance Manuals. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
