Justice Prisoner Air Transportation System (JPATS) has a requirement for the renewal of Boeing aeronautical charting and mapping service licenses. The licenses and subscription services provide current and accurate navigational flight data, in electronic format to perform pre-flight planning and airborne operations. Jeppesen Military Charting Service (JMCS) provides a comprehensive worldwide data service offering military charts and enroute data. ForeFlight Military Flight Bag (FMB) is an electronic flight bag that integrates Jeppesen charts allowing the pilots to access and display the charts within the ForeFlight app by linking their JMCS accounts. The Procurement Division (JPATS) intends to solicit from a single source and issue a purchase order to Boeing Digital Solutions Inc., 55 Iverness Dr. E, Englewood, CO 80112-5412 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Boeing Digital Solutions Inc., is the provider of licenses for the JMCS and MFB subscription services.
