This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for Limpsfield boiler burners (with additional parts) with installation and located at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Due to the fact that these units must be compatible with existing systems and the only authorized regional distributor/installer for Limpsfield equipment is Midwest Combustion Solutions, any purchase order will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
