The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the semiannual cleaning and maintenance of gutters, downspouts, and roof drains. The services will be performed at the Boise VA Medical Center and the adjoining Mountain Cove Campus in Idaho. This firm-fixed-price contract consists of a base period from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with the possibility of four option years. Maintenance is required in two phases each year, specifically during the months of November and June. The selected vendor must provide an operational plan detailing their personnel and equipment and must schedule services at least seven days in advance. All work must comply with OSHA and EPA regulations, and any damage caused to the facility's grounds by high-lift equipment must be repaired at the contractor's expense. The government will evaluate offers based on price and past performance, reserving the right to award to the most advantageous offer rather than the lowest. Payment will be made monthly in arrears via Electronic Funds Transfer following inspection and acceptance by the Contracting Officer's Representative.
