The contract specifies that inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, with the manufacturer's inspection system required to comply with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001. Quality assurance involves dimensional conformance for Class 3A and 3B threads per FED-STD-H28/20 and sampling according to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. Delivery is required within 171 days, with a need ship date of February 12, 2027, and a final required delivery date of April 14, 2027, shipping FOB Origin to DLA Distribution Warner Robins in Georgia. Packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, and palletization must follow DLA procurement requirements. The solicitation includes various federal and defense regulations, including the Buy American Act, the Berry Amendment, and NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements.
