BOLT, SHEAR

This contract is for the procurement of 16 units of BOLT, SHEAR with NSN 5306-01-200-1416, manufactured to the current revision of NAS6603 through NAS6620, Revision 11 dated December 31, 2025, and subject to the Quality Assurance Provision QAP 13873. All items must be produced in accordance with applicable military and consensus non-government standards, with past production to prior revisions of the standard also acceptable, but only current revision manufacturing permitted from the solicitation date forward. The item is designated a critical application item requiring strict conformance to technical and quality requirements outlined in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, including RQ001, RQ006, RQ009, RQ011, RQ017, RT001, and others, which govern inspection, conformance, identification, and measurement equipment standards. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, with zero non-conformances required in sample lots unless otherwise specified, and attributes are assigned verification levels or AQLs consistent with critical, major, and minor classifications. A Certificate of Quality Compliance is mandatory and must be submitted, with CDRLs available via the DLA Technical Data Management Transformation system or the DLA Master List website. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E using QUP 025, preservation method 10, climate-controlled dry conditions, no preservation or wrap materials, box unit containers, E5 intermediate containers, and packaging code Q at packing level B. Palletization follows DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement (RP001), and all markings conform to MIL-STD-129 with no special markings required. The item is to be delivered FOB origin from the contractor’s facility in Inglewood, CA, with inspection and acceptance occurring at origin. Delivery is due within 20 calendar days after award, with a required delivery date of July 15, 2026, to the Royal Thai Air Force Armament Supply Depot in Thailand.
