All hardware must conform to the latest revision of the defining standard at the time of manufacture, and previously acceptable older revisions are permitted only for inventory produced before the solicitation date. Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, including specific packaging codes, material specifications, and palletization per DLA’s packaging requirements, with no special marking required. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, and delivery is FOB origin with a required delivery date of March 18, 2027, and a need ship date of January 15, 2027. The contract incorporates a full suite of DLA technical and quality requirements referencing R-numbers including RQ001, RQ006, RQ009, RQ011, RQ017, and RD003, which mandate conformant quality documentation, physical identification, and government identification removal for non-accepted items.
