BOLT, SHEAR

The contract pertains to the procurement of 75 shear bolts, identified by NSN 5306-01-330-9768 and part number NAS6605-31, manufactured in strict compliance with the current revision of NAS6603 through NAS6620, Revision 11 dated December 31, 2025, and governed by Quality Assurance Provision 13873, CDRL-COQC-26033, Revision dated December 4, 2025. All items must conform to DLA's Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersede any general standards such as ASTM D3951, and packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-129 and RP001 guidelines. The items are designated as critical application hardware and require zero non-conformances under sampling plans such as MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with verification levels assigned as VII, IV, and II for critical, major, and minor attributes respectively. Identification markings must follow MIL-STD-130N unless otherwise specified, and removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies is strictly regulated. Inspection and acceptance are to occur at the manufacturer’s origin, with no tolerance for quantity variance. Delivery is due in 129 days, with a required ship date of September 13, 2026, and final destination at DLA Distribution Jacksonville. All documentation, including Certificate of Quality Compliance, must be submitted as mandated by the applicable CDRLs, and packaging and labeling must include accurate Unit of Issue and Quantity per Unit Pack data as stipulated in the contract.
