This contract solicits 50 shear bolts identified by NSN 5306-01-630-2725 under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-05MS, with a required delivery within five days after award. The procurement is fully competitive and governed by military and federal specifications, with technical and quality requirements incorporated by reference from the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which controls revision applicability based on solicitation or award date depending on acquisition size. Packaging, identification, and marking requirements are mandated per DLA standards including removal of government identification from non-accepted items and bare item marking. Sampling must adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified; critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Inspection and acceptance occur at the manufacturer’s origin, and a Certificate of Quality Compliance is required, documented through CDRLs and DD Form 1423s as specified in the Technical Data Package.
