The contract specifies the procurement of 16,187 shear bolts identified by NSN 5306-01-150-3993 and part number NAS6605-3, manufactured to meet the current revision of the non-government standard NAS6603 through NAS6620 Revision 11 dated December 31, 2025, with compliance to QAP-EQ003 and NAS4002 Revision 12. All hardware must adhere strictly to the latest applicable standards, with prior revisions accepted only for items manufactured before the solicitation date. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List, including mandatory provisions for identification marking per MIL-STD-130N, physical marking of bare items, and quality conformance inspections. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and critical attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II corresponding to AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0. Thread inspections for Class 3A and 3B threads must conform to System 22 of FED-STD-H28/20, excluding small internal and external threads. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and DLA packaging requirements, with marking per MIL-STD-129 and no special marking codes. The item is designated as a critical application and must be delivered FOB origin to Robins AFB, Georgia, within 169 days of contract award, with a required ship date of January 13, 2027. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination, with no quantity variance allowed. Documentation such as the Certificate of Quality Compliance must be provided, and transportation follows DLA procedural notes C19 and C20.
