AI Contract Overview
The contract pertains to the procurement of five BOOM JIB EXTENSION units under solicitation SPE7L4-26-T-5864, with a total contract value of $5.00, delivered FOB origin with a delivery window of 218 days from award, targeting a required delivery date of March 17, 2027. The items are to be shipped to the Defense Distribution Support Plant in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and will undergo inspection and acceptance at the destination point by the Government. Quality assurance requirements are governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 for sampling, with zero non-conformances mandated in the sample lot unless otherwise specified; critical, major, and minor attributes must be verified at levels VII, IV, and II with corresponding AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0, respectively. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and be marked and labeled per MIL-STD-129 with unit of issue and quantity per unit pack as specified, while palletization follows DLA Packaging Requirement RP001. The DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements supersedes all other standards. All hazardous materials must be labeled in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200, and safety data sheets must be submitted prior to award with ongoing updates required during performance. The contractor must affirm small business status and provide a Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE code, with representations addressing employment eligibility, trafficking in persons, equal opportunity, sustainable products, and whistleblower protections enforced through applicable FAR and DFARS clauses. Payment is to be processed electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow, and the contract includes provisions for accelerated payments to small business subcontractors and unenforceability of unauthorized obligations. The contract type is unspecified, but the procurement appears structured as a simplified acquisition with automated award consideration based on lowest technically acceptable price. No options, modifications, or additional clauses beyond those specified are present, and all documentation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the August 10, 2026, deadline.
