BLS systems are devices that are used by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) throughout the United States (U.S.) and its territories to detect a wide range of hazardous and prohibited substances in liquids, aerosols, and gels that are contained in bottles and other sealed containers. Should funding be made available in FY27, TSA intends to procure systems by competing the requirement among the vendors on the BLS Qualified Products List (QPL).
