Boundary Survey and Lot Line Adjustment Mapping

This subcontract involves providing professional boundary survey and lot line adjustment mapping services for land use projects within Sacramento County. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing physical measurements and legal descriptions of property boundaries, staking proposed lines, and creating the necessary Parcel Maps or Lot Line Adjustment Maps specifically to expand lot 260-0063-014-0000. To qualify for this engagement, the contractor must hold a valid Professional Land Surveyor license in California and possess the required GPS and Total Station equipment. The final deliverables for this project include a Certified Boundary Survey and a Final Lot Line Adjustment Map.
