The U.S. Embassy in Brasília is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to facilitate the procurement of construction materials and supplies necessary for facility repair and maintenance activities. This BPA will serve as a framework agreement, allowing the Embassy to issue individual purchase orders, known as "Calls," which will be funded separately based on specific operational needs. The scope of supplies includes categories such as electrical, refrigeration, hydraulic materials, pipes, fittings, repairs, personal protective equipment (PPE), and related items. Vendors that are deemed technically acceptable and offer competitive, fair, and reasonable prices—aligned with current market rates—will be considered for award. Interested suppliers must complete and submit the SF-1449 form for RFQ No. 19BR2525Q0077 by July 30, 2025, via email to designated addresses.
