The U.S. Embassy in Brasília is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with vendors for the procurement of construction materials and supplies essential for facility repair and maintenance activities. These BPAs serve as pre-arranged agreements outlining terms and conditions that will govern future individual orders, known as "Calls," which will be funded separately based on specific operational needs. The scope of supplies includes tools, machines, metal profiles, drywall construction materials, and related items, with the goal of securing supplies at fair and reasonable prices that are competitive with current market rates. The award process prioritizes vendors that are technically qualified and willing to provide the required materials under the stipulated terms. Interested vendors must complete and submit the SF-1449 form for RFQ No. 19BR2525Q0081 by July 30, 2025, demonstrating their capability to supply the specified categories. Submissions should be sent electronically to designated email addresses associated with the U.S. Embassy’s procurement office. The solicitation was posted on July 16, 2025, with a response deadline of the same day, and the contract is managed under NAICS code 42339. The contract will be executed in Brasília, Brazil, with the U.S. Department of State overseeing the procurement process, and further details can be accessed through the provided online link.
