BPA Agreement for the Acquisition of Wood, MDF Boards, Carpentry Tools, Plywood sheet and other Related Materials.

The U.S. Embassy in Brasília is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with vendors for the supply of construction materials and supplies, specifically focused on woods, MDF boards, carpentry tools, plywood sheets, and other related materials. This BPA will serve to streamline the process for acquiring these materials as needed to support facility repair and maintenance operations at the Embassy. While a BPA sets the terms and conditions for future purchases, it is not a contract itself; specific orders, referred to as “Calls,” will be issued under the BPA as requirements arise, with each order funded separately. Vendors deemed technically acceptable and offering fair, competitive pricing at or below prevailing market rates will be awarded the BPA. Interested suppliers must complete and sign the SF-1449 form for RFQ No. 19BR2525Q0083 and submit it electronically by July 30, 2025.
