The contract is for the procurement of 101 units of a bracket used as an engine accessory, identified by NSN 5342-01-252-9503, under solicitation SPE4A7-26-T-606B, with a total small business set-aside and a NAICS code of 332510. The delivery timeframe is 270 days from award, and the solicitation was posted on August 2, 2026, with responses due by August 10, 2026. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced through R and I numbers, and must be reviewed in the version effective on the solicitation issue date or award date depending on acquisition size. Sampling must comply with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 using zero-based inspection, with verification levels assigned as VII for critical, IV for major, and II for minor attributes unless otherwise directed; unspecified attributes are treated as major. MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4 may determine sample size but acceptance requires zero non-conformances unless the contract states otherwise. Government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies, and there is currently no approved technical data package available for this part due to proprietary or insufficient data, limiting competitive sourcing.
