BRACKET, MOUNTING

The contract pertains to the procurement of four mounting brackets identified by NSN 5342-01-680-2009 and part numbers 4466216 and 3716015 from OSHKOSH DEFENSE LLC and HIAB USA INC respectively, under solicitation SPE4A7-26-T-586X. Delivery is required in 171 days with a final delivery deadline of April 22, 2027, and items must be shipped FOB origin to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. All supplies must comply with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which override any other standards such as ASTM D3951, and packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-129 and RP001 for DLA packaging specifications. Sampling for quality assurance follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, and critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Item Unique Identification is not required as per the service customer’s request and DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i). The unit of issue is each, with no quantity variance allowed, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination. Transportation guidelines follow DLAD Proc Notes C19 and C20, and all markings and labeling must comply with government standards for non-accepted supplies and bare item identification.
