AI Contract Overview
This solicitation, issued by DLA Land and Maritime Land Supply Chain under solicitation number SPE7L1-26-T-13N7, is a Request for Quotations for 16 mounting brackets (NSN 5340-01-577-0107). The procurement requires a delivery timeline of 190 days ADO to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. Interested vendors must submit their quotes via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) no later than the close of business on September 28, 2026. A critical manufacturing restriction is in place: the government will not evaluate or award contracts for items produced using additive manufacturing unless prior authorization is obtained from the contracting officer and Engineering Support Activity. The contract is subject to stringent regulatory and technical requirements, including export control restrictions under ITAR or EAR, which necessitate that contractors hold an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and complete required training to access technical data. Compliance with the Buy American Act and the Berry Amendment is mandatory, and any use of non-domestic materials must be disclosed within the quote. Additionally, the solicitation incorporates cybersecurity requirements referencing CMMC Level 2 and mandates that all packaging and marking adhere to DLA packaging requirements and MIL-STD-129. While the basis of award is not explicitly stated, a price evaluation preference is available for SBA-certified HUBZone small businesses. Invoicing and payments must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
