Bradley+MLRS Field Support Services

The Army Contracting Command-Detroit intends to award a sole-source contract to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, LP for Field Support Services related to the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Family of Vehicles and the Multiple Launch Rocket System Carrier, along with all their derivatives. As the original equipment manufacturer and holder of the source-controlled Technical Data Package, BAE is the only responsible source capable of providing these services, making this procurement non-competitive under FAR 6.301-1. The contract provides the government with 411,110 hours of available labor to be utilized through one or more options, covering a comprehensive range of support including Field Service Representatives, vehicle maintenance and repair, de-processing, Total Package Fielding, New and Displaced Equipment Training, Modification Work Order installations, and Program Management support. Although the contract is restricted to BAE, limited subcontracting opportunities may be available, and interested parties are directed to engage directly with BAE Systems. The solicitation, identified as W912CH-26-R-A051, is set for release on or about July 17, 2026, with responses due by July 23, 2026, and is classified as a presolicitation under NAICS code 336992. The award will be managed by the Department of Defense through the Office of the Army Contracting Command-Detroit, located in Warren, Michigan, with performance expected in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
