This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number T8493-25-0031 dated October 2, 2025, with a closing date of November 12, 2025, at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. This service requirement has already been solicited, and no proposals that met the essential requirements of the previous request for proposals were received. Therefore, in accordance with reasons justifying the use of limited tendering included in the Trade Agreements, a valid limited tendering reason exists. The Contracting Authority deviates from the procedural obligation related to: Time-Periods Consequently, the tendering period of the RFP is shortened. 1. Requirement Summary: Transport Canada required maintenance and advance exchange services in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A on an as and when required basis through the issuance of task authorizations. 2. Period of the Contract 2.1 Period of the Contract The period of the Contract is from date of contract award to March 31, 2027, inclusive. 2.2 Option to extend the Contract The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 2 additional 1-year period(s) under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment. Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment. 3.
