General Information
This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), located in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Procure Brand Name Mandatory NDT(Non-Destructive Testing) Interpretation Software.

The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a purchase order without discussion.
