This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and the procedures of FAR Part 13 (FAR 13.105). This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued separately.


The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for brand-name only commercial test equipment from Keysight Technologies, Anritsu, and Fluke Networks. This equipment is required to maintain, repair, and certify communications and navigation systems, including a Nokia Microwave System, in support of the NAVAIDS Division at Fort Rucker, Alabama."

The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government. For evaluation purposes, preference will be given to vendors who provide a quote for the total requirement (all line items). However, the Government will consider and may accept partial quotes. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is determined to be in its best interest.
