This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement will constitute as the only solicitation for this procurement.



Solicitation number N0040626QS252 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) Brand Name OEM “Flowserve Corporation”, for the procurement of “Check Valve” part(s).



Due to the OEM’s proprietary information and drawings for the requested parts, all responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency in determining whether to compete this requirement.



This acquisition is set as UNRESTRICTED;  not a small-business set-aside concern.



This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.



Evaluation: The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation; represents the best value to the Government. Price, delivery, technical acceptability, and past performance, will all be considered in no relative order of importance.



EXCEPTIONS: All quoters must note all exceptions from the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or the statement of work/performance work statement (if any). It will be assumed that any quote without mention of any exceptions will take no exception from all specifications, terms and conditions, clauses, or provisions within the solicitation.
