The USDA Rural Development (RD) Procurement Management Office Regional Acquisition Division (PMO-RAD) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) as a full and open, Brand Name or equivalent requirement to purchase Bloomberg Government News and Analysis Subscription Service for the USDA RD Office of External Affairs. (OEA). The procurement is in accordance with the enclosed contract clauses, additional requirements listed below, and attached specification list and contract data requirements list. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. The Solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition under FAR Part 13.5.
