Breathing Supply Distribution Units (BSDU)

The Department of National Defence, through Public Works and Government Services Canada, is soliciting bids for the procurement of 60 Breathing Supply Distribution Units (BSDU), part number UDAR-3V-001, NCAGE L10Q5. The contract is structured as a firm unit price agreement with a requested delivery date to CAAWC Trenton by March 31, 2027. Bidders may propose equivalent or substitute products provided they include the brand name, model, part number, and NCAGE. The award will be granted to the responsive bidder offering the lowest evaluated price, with tie-breaking based on delivery date, bid receipt time, and after-sales service track record. Technical compliance is mandatory, and all deliverables must be accompanied by valid airworthiness documentation, such as TCCA Form One, FAA Form 8130-3/8130-4, or EASA Form One, signed within two years of the contract award. Goods must be delivered Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and packaged individually according to Canadian Forces Packaging Specification D-LM-O08-036/SF-O00.
