BRIDGE INSPECTION ACCESS EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR 2024 ROUTINE INSPECTION OF SR 309 BRIDGE OVER SUSQUEHANNA RIVER PENNDOT AGREEMENT NUMBER: E04598 You are invited to provide a bid to provide inspection access equipment and services for inspection of the State-Owned SR 309 mainline bridge over the Susquehanna River in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Work is anticipated to begin on May 13, 2024 and performed four (4) consecutive days. Actual dates may change, due to availability, and will be coordinated upon award of the Contract. The inspection must be performed during the month of May 2024 SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on April 11, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The awarded bidder will be assessed a one time, capped fee of 1/3% (+ tax) for fixed fee contracts, invoiced by PennBid post award. There is a minimum award fee of $100 and a maximum of $5000. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid price for the contract must also be entered into PennBid.
