The Department of the Air Force, 20th Contracting Squadron (20 CONS), Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, is conducting market research to identify capable sources for the provision of commercial broadband internet and recurring Wi-Fi services for Unaccompanied Housing facilities at Shaw Air Force Base.
The objective of this requirement is to acquire commercial internet installation, activation, maintenance, and recurring high-speed Wi-Fi broadband services for designated facilities. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and support required to install, configure, activate, and maintain reliable broadband services utilizing existing commercial infrastructure where feasible.
This notice is issued for informational and market research purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government anticipates that this requirement may be competed among capable vendors operating within the local area and existing infrastructure environment.
Interested vendors may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the Government’s technical, operational, and security requirements for providing commercial internet and Wi-Fi services at Shaw Air Force Base.
