Bruker Scientific, ALPHA FT-IR Spectrometer and Accessories – OR – Domestic Equivalent.

The Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), through its Chemical Sciences Division, is soliciting bids for the acquisition of a Bruker Scientific ALPHA FT-IR Spectrometer and its accessories, or a domestic equivalent.
